Sunrise is a real estate listings and advisory platform based in Gujarat, India. We help buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords connect for residential and commercial/industrial properties along the Sunrise Coast region. We act as an intermediary that showcases property information and puts interested parties in touch with our agents — we are not the builder, developer, promoter, or owner of the properties listed, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Property details shown on the Site — including price, availability, area (sqft), configuration (BHK), amenities and images — are provided for general information only and may change without notice. Listings do not constitute a legal offer, and no booking, sale, or lease is confirmed until formal documentation is signed between the concerned parties. We recommend independently verifying all details, including title, statutory approvals, and current price/availability, before making any financial or legal commitment.
Where a listing relates to a project registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA") and the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority ("GujRERA"), responsibility for RERA registration, disclosures, and compliance rests with the respective developer/promoter of that project, not with Sunrise. We encourage buyers to verify a project's RERA registration number and status directly on the GujRERA portal before proceeding.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form or a listing page, you authorise us to contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding that enquiry and related properties or services. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false enquiries, attempting to access non-public areas without authorisation, scraping listing data for commercial resale, or uploading unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through any form on the Site.
The Site's design, layout, logo, and original written content are the property of Sunrise and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Property photographs and project details remain the property of their respective owners/developers.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Sunrise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on listing information, including losses relating to a property transaction entered into with a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.
